Exchange & Returns

Exchange Policy

Eden Lane Boutique always wants you to be happy and in love with your purchase but if you would like to return your purchase for an online exchange or online credit note we can do so within 7 days of purchase, however we do NOT REFUND for change of mind.
We do not refund unless faulty (deemed by the manufacturer as faulty), please contact us via email to get your RA.
PLEASE NOTE that ALL SALE STOCK SALES ARE FINAL & that we do NOT exchange/credit. SALE items include: flash sales, one off sales, boxing day sales or any time an item is sold under the RRP price (so it being marked down) etc, SWIMWEAR, UNDERGARMENTS, or EARRINGS/JEWELLERY unless the goods are deemed to be faulty by our Quality Assurance Department. Postage is NON refundable.
ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS AND EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY APPLIES.

Returns Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an online exchange or online credit note (we do NOT REFUND, unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer).
Items must be returned to our office within 7 days of original dispatch date and notification via email of your intention to return BEFORE item is sent as RA (Return Authorization) number will be needed on all returns. Must be sent back in a EXPRESS POST BAG (which is tracked), if item is not received we do not take responsibility on lost packages. If item arrives late it will NOT be accepted. Returns must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer with postage fee charge. Items which smell of ladies perfume/deodorant will automatically be returned so please take due care when trying on your order, postage fee will be charged. Eden Lane Boutique reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable.

If an item is being returned, notification via email of your intention to return must be emailed, to enquiry@edenlane.com.au, as soon as you receive the item. You must provide us with the following information
a. Date of Purchase
b. RA number (Return Authorization) (given when first notification email is received from customer)
c. Reason for return (faulty, wrong size, etc.)
The original receipt and RA number must in all cases accompany any returned goods, if not the return will not be accepted.
All returns must always be posted back via registered post. Eden Lane Boutique does not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to Eden Lane Boutique via non registered post. Freight charges are non-refundable. 

Faulty Item

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.
Upon a faulty item return it will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department, then we send back to the corresponding manufacturer and if they deemed the item/s to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric, Eden Lane Boutique are happy repair or exchange goods or replace. If none of the 3 prior option can be achieved we then refund. If deemed NOT to be faulty, it will not qualify for an replace,repair or exchange and will be returned to you with re-delivery charges attached. Postage is non refundable.

If You Change Your Mind

Eden Lane Boutique is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, been worn or washed and the item must be in new condition. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer with postage fee charge. Items which smell of ladies perfume/deodorant will automatically be returned, postage fee will be charged, so please take due care when trying on your order.

Additional re-delivery freight charges will apply for new items required by a customer. Eden Lane Boutique will either exchange the item and add re-delivery charges or issue an online credit note.
